In BIP39 (#Bitcoin), the checksum is obtained from the first bits of the SHA-256 hash of the seed (entropy). If a word in the recovery phrase is incorrect, the checksum does not match the expected one, and the phrase is considered invalid.
En BIP39 (#Bitcoin), el checksum se obtiene de los primeros bits del hash SHA-256 de la semilla (entropy). Si una palabra de la frase de recuperación es incorrecta, el checksum no coincide con el esperado y la frase se considera inválida.
