She shouldnt say this. Tim Berners-Lee inventor of the web has said web3 has nothing to do with the web. And Roy Fielding inventor or rest has labeled it a scam. It's an afinity scam. Not the biggest crime in the world, but imho a misstep. Though bluesky are getting a lot right.
