Cold/flu symptoms are progressing. Bocked nose, itchy throat etc. It's been long since I have had a flu - probably first time since 2019 (yep).

Cleared up the nose with steam from home-grown herbs!

I know these plants as nirgudi and adulsa. Both have grown into large shrubs and I loved to pick medicine for myself from the garden, with much gratitude to these beautiful plants.
