The overlords (Blackrock, Fidelity, Bank of New York, etc) have already spoken, Bitcoin will not be outlawed. BUT I wouldn’t be surprised if they try something evil like outlaw self-custody and you can only “own” bitcoin through a ETF or “for your protection” held by a regulated big bank.
