Don't be fooled by these headlines. Reported crime in Seattle is "down" because they literally have half asany cops as they are supposed to have. Should have 1,200 cops but only have 600 because they can't recruit new cops. So they only respond to and report only the most heinous crimes, which is why homicides are "up" and property crimes are "down".
