Going from one label to the next is just the “Euphemism treadmill”
When I was a kid, you couldn’t say “retard” but you could say that they were “special”. Then the kids of course started calling their friends “special” so they changed it again to “neuro diverse” and stuck with that because it doesn’t roll off the tongue. Problem solved huh?
Its so stupid.
The issue isn’t the label, its teaching people how to good people, not censoring words.
Words only have power if you give them power.
