If you can send sats out of primal to your own lightning wallet? Go to your profile and provide your bitcoin ligtning address. I have created one via
Alby (npub1get…0nfm) (also were i keep my nostr keys). Alby is connetced to my zeus wallet. When you now send sats to yourself they will go to your zeis wallet. Perhaps there are better ways, but this one worked for me.
