what is the premise behind forbidding porn for kids? "they'll recreate what they see"

yea, *maybe*, i might also do that when i watch porn. but in order for that to be a compelling reason to forbid it we have to agree that's a bad thing. and why is it bad? harm hypothesis or the cult of innocence ie a belief that sex is inherently harmful to younger people. they *must not* choose to do or consume sexual things and so we will orchestrate their environment such that they *can not* freely choose to participate in all forms of so-called 'adult entertainment'

such sex negativity is incoherent when presented by youth liberationists. we can liberate youth ***or*** we can be protecters over youth, and anti-c or even anti-sex interpretations of youth lib are attempting to have it both ways. general youth lib with an exception for anti-c is underestimating the importance of sexual liberation for youth as a class, demonizing sex itself for the dire circumstances young people who have sex find themselves in, or somehow imagining sexual liberation as some seperate esoteric struggle that can come after other forms of liberation for youth as a class.

if you want kids to be liberated from sexual controls imposed by churches and traditionalist parents and state authorities, doesn't that imply sexual liberation for them as a class? not a continuation of external moralization of youth sexuality defining the limits of what is possible in their world?
