For the #carnivores out there....
I'll probably try to put this together in a video down the road, but here is some preliminary data from my continuous glucose monitor (CGM). I've been a meat and cheese carnivore since 2019; I lift 3-4 days a week; do BJJ 3 days a week; and sprinkle in some hot bladesmithing days in the forge.
Before this CGM data I was strict beef/eggs/salt for ~60 days; which has become my norm. Feel great eating this way...
First chart is my normal dinners normalized to the commencement of eating. I overlayed a sushi lunch, which I did as a test for the CGM (6 rolls). #ForTheScience
The other 2 graphs are cumulative distributions of the max glucose achieved after each meal and the variance from start to max.
