I'm in engineering and my industry has been FUBAR since April of 2020. And then when engineers began returning to work, the next state over from me, the firms were trying to get a jump on the Biden vaccine mandate so they implemented the "no jab, no job" rule. So the engineers said 'fuck no.' The firms laid them off and they were stuck with incomplete multi-million dollar projects. And it was hilarious to see a bunch of assholes stuck with projects with sunken money and they couldn't find an engineer to finish the job.
