When I started it was with people I knew, but then it evolved into people I worked with in whatever country (who I had not known prior to going there) who showed real interest after orange pilled. It's not like there are "meet ups" in these areas (and if there are a foreigner like me isn't going to find them). In these environments it would also potentially pose a risk to me and whoever receives the gift, so sticking to some semblance of a semi trusted relationship based network seems wiser in the contexts I have dealt with.
