I feel bad for schoolkids wanting to avoid the Covid hotboxes that are local schools (why is there basically nothing on air quality in place still?).
They have practically no options that don't require significant parental support/assistance (such as homeschooling which requires a lot of paperwork).
Comparatively, college and university are much easier to do remote and even while I technically didn't have remote university, most of my courses cared not one wit for attendance beyond my showing up for exams & handing in work on time (basically all of which could be done online).
