Sorry to get weird and real on the Internet and talk about sex, but I'm going to do it........

When you're in a het relationship with someone who's going through menopause and totally loses interest in sex, what (as a man or other partner etc) do you do? Other than be supportive of course. Do you just accept that sex is no longer part of your life? Because that's not something I really saw coming or am really prepared for. I'm not interested in having an affair. Or just wanking myself into an early grave. What's the solution? Do I just have to be patient? Or is that it now? I love my wife more than the stars love gravity. But I am finding it very difficult living without sex and she's not very keen on having any kind of conversation about it. It's the first time I'm really a bit adrift and not sure what to do about my relationship. Any help would be genuinely appreciated. X
