- we have moderation capabilities planned, with policies like "show comment if I like/reply/zap it" or "hide comment if I mute/report/dislike it", which allows your to do moderation without leaving your favorite nostr client
- CSS manipulations are indeed not trivial and for now we'll have to solve them on case-by-case basis
