Whats scary to me is that every since instagram got bought by fb/meta theres a huge dissonance when it comes to profiles.
Ive had my account since 2012 and a former friend of mine told me i should join.
It seems as if they thought my account was one of her other profiles i only found out later that shes known for online stalking and has many insta profiles.
Recently i created a new one for an idea that I had, turns out its even creepier bc every person that Ive been friends with on fb automatically appeared as suggestions for the new account and honestly thats so uncomfortable and not welcome bc its totally hindering for the creative process when you want to start something new and are presented with thoughtpatterns that have no relevance at that time.
I honestly dont know why you cant fix your algorithm in a way that its supportive for creators since you seem to thrive on influencers on instagram.
This conformist agenda is terrible, it reminds too much of communism.. and i dont support that.
