"content": "nostr:npub1lzz05275zkk6zwuzel45jusr74ftyyuah8zll8vl09k98w8smy7qedjhl3 Here in Italy we do something called \"bollito\" basically it's boiled meat (veal, chicken along with a carrot, an onion plus a stick of celery). The whole lot simmers in water for 2-4 hours. The meat is then eaten (very tender) but the best bit is the stock which is used to make pasta in brodo (stock) or other soups. I'm a huge soup fan!",
