Somehow got enrolled in a short course at work on Structured Design Thinking. Unsure what's going on, I think it's part of a larger thing, but it's already paid for and there's a fee if I skip out, so why not?

Initial thoughts:

Structured Design Thinking is like the short-story version of 'BABOK meets Software Development Life Cycle' but in a dramatic plot twist (!!) the protagonist /empathises/ with the users instead of cursing the bane of their existence.

I'm curious to see where this leads. 🤔
