One thing that has changed in "conservative" politics is that lots of "conservatives" are willing to say they want a dictator who will round up and kill lots of people.

I mean, "conservatives" always wanted that - it's what "conservatism" really is - but didn't think saying so publicly was a good idea. Since Trump they've realized they're not alone and can just say this stuff.
