at least here in prague, i think they are just worse and worse, less attractive job and especially with buses, the general deterioration of standards (were there any) of driving hit them too, if any stands out to me these days, it's because they are acting particularly recklessly or did something very poorly
the plushie thing is maybe because of how they branded the trolleybuses (why hasn't DPMB got sued out of this world by Nintendo yet?)
