I used to have this when I was living on my own (mostly motivated by anxiety and 'not being good enough' guilt)
Now I know I have ADHD and anxiety and live in a household of ADHDers and cats. There's now chaos everywhere. (But a more accepting chaos)
Sometimes I wish I had a neat place again, but I also know I'd probably have to be alone and turn up anxiety again to accomplish it.
