Bitcoin too, one of my pet peeves that there are some proponents that say "Bitcoin had 99,9something % uptime", not 100 because there were a few bugs and "incidents". But these never caused a "downtime", everyone could continue to use Bitcoin. Even if there's a major rollback, it's not like a 404 or 503, it's more like PayPal having an issue in their database that users don't even notice, and even if users are affected (don't have the money from a tx they thought they had received anymore), it's a logic/application error that a support ticket will handle, not a 404 or 503.
