The real question is what has Wall Street and the banks replaced the lost heroin sales with in their vast money laundering operations? Does this actually explain the meteoric rise in ESG scores and the interconnected financial liquidity that goes with them?
I, for one, have been wondering what those "Dark Pools of Capital" Max Keiser taught us about have been doing in the last 10 years.
