I have had the experience of a conscious deconstruction of myself, having the ability to notice and examine each part or "building", thus getting the power to decide what to keep and what to let down, before reconstructing it all to be who I want to be and knowing why. First suddenly (with psychedelics), then slowly (integrating it in everyday life).
