Meanwhile the IDF, using mainly US weapons systems and munitions, has moved into central Gaza and is pushing south killing hundreds of civilians in densely packed cities, leaving hospitals overwhelmed with casualties and a humanitarian catastrophe as literally millions are forced into the desert.
