I’d distinguish between harassment and inconvenience.
And I’m compassionate with the guy from Mirrors Edge White Christmas.
Muting is a configuration to cut a connection to a fellow human.
My point is not that you should bot be able to do it. But it should not be free. Inconveniences are part of our life. And they need to be. Even more so if they are speech.
