I abandoned Facebook and all of my connections maybe 15 years ago. I didn’t know anything about the company or anything like that. It wasn’t a principled thing. I just left because I noticed after using it I felt icky and sad. I figured that wasn’t healthy so I deleted my account and never looked back.
