It was a bit of a guessing game and looked a bit inelegant, so I'll research a better method to get a good swirling effect in future, but it was really nice. Quite chewy and moist because I subbed some of the butter for oil when I fell short in the measurements. 1 egg less than usual too. But it disappeared in seconds.
