The #proofofwork fitness challenge starts in ~ 30 hours, per the next expected difficulty adjustment.
To participate, do 1 crunch, 1 squat, 1 push-up per block mined for a total of 144 of each per day.
You can batch your exercises. If you can knock out 144 of each in one go like Brindonmwiine (npub1ee6…tfcv), hats off to you.
If you're a beginner like bitcoindada (npub1tuj…llxq) , do what you can.
If you're like me with a 36×4 strategy, that's fine too.
The point is to put in the work 💪
The difficulty will adjust after 2016 blocks.
Share your progress on #nostr using hashtag #blocksport.
I personally like photos and videos. But, Anon, if you want to do the challenge, feel free to share your progress in other ways.
