A soul stands silent, never proud,
Unseen by eyes, unheard by ears,
Their spirit whispers through the years.

The world, indifferent, turns away,
In endless night and hollow day,
No hand to hold, no heart to care,
A solitary waltz through air.

They fashion shields from broken dreams,
Guarding wounds with desperate schemes,
In armor forged from love’s lost art,
Defending self, a fragile heart.

Not always right, not always true,
Their path is thorned, their skies are blue,
Yet, deep within, a light does gleam,
A whispered hope, a sacred dream.

For in the silence of their plight,
Lies God’s embrace, a purest light,
A love divine, a gentle call,
To lift them up when shadows fall.
