Hello there. Maybe you are someone who can point me in the right direction for something I want to learn. Is there some book outlining the foundational theory behind how you optimize for maximum power per weight of body mass? Usually it is easy to find the opposite, that is, how to get big. How about getting stronger and keeping muscles small or even shrinking them? Could you please give me some directions, book recommendations or keywords to search for? Surely people must have done research on this, but I was not able to find it on my own. Thanks in advance
