Yesterday morning, I could not sleep, so I decided to cook two large sauce pots (which I had to do anyway), which I will slowly consume over the coming weeks. I usually make a general-purpose sauce which I can use for: Pizza 🍕 Pasta 🍝 Pizza Pasta 😋 Jollof Rice 🍛 The whole process takes several hours, which predominantly features cutting up:
