I was never the ears-plugged-in-to-music person. Coz to do that, you have to be a disciplined person, who never forgets the earplugs, has the phone/iPod charged, has a playlist ready.
The ROI on music is less now, podcasts have taken over, the motivation-commerce has made people believe they are punching much below their weight, they need to up-skill, manage their time to the T, leave no room for any white space, hustle hard, lift that weight, get that atomic habit, get a side income. Retire. But never relax.
