Yes that is what has been possible since day one, and we have a lot of work to make it user friendly not just possible.
But that has nothing to do with global discover whatsoever, what frustrates me is that people insists that global discovery can be done in a decentralised way, then absolutely refuse to engage with reality or answer how is that going to work when it is widely understood to be an intractable problem.
