Feart n Tired đ´ó §ó ˘ó łó Łó ´ó ż (nprofileâŚ965w) (and anyone else who wants to chime in)
Am currently having a knitting-related existential crisis.
I am almost finished the first mitten. I started with the white turned cuff, alternated white and grey backgrounds and used the white for ribbing. So far, so good.
Now the pattern for the other mitten uses different colourwork patterns, so if I follow the pattern, they won't be identical. This was planned by the designer.
So now I have a few options. I can just follow the pattern as it is written, I can follow the pattern for the first mitten and just move the thumb placement, or I can really lean in and start the second one with the grey, use that also for the ribbing, and alternate starting with the grey background.
