rewatching Labyrinth this morning, but (disclaimer: i f$&king love Bowie) this movie is way more boring and wooden than i remember. Bowie as Jareth is iconic, particularly the musical numbers, but it takes about 30 minutes to get to the first performance, and before that he's phoning in lines constantly "turn back SaRAH...." he's very much style > substance here (imo), which would be fine *if* the music was more frequent.
