One thing about my eating habits is, my palate is pretty chaotic. Obviously I like really good Mediterranean, southeast Asian and Middle Eastern food.
But I also like mashing them together.
Shakshuka + ful medames + Malaysian style soft boiled eggs and sambal anchovy. And a homemade potato bread
The sambal makes this much more spicy. (Also, I’ll shout this until I’m hoarse: do not use western made sambal in Malaysian or Indonesian unless it calls for it. It’s.. off)
