crushed my hand at work by being stupid at work.
I needed to feel the dough to see if it was ready and instead of turning the machine off I just put my hand in and it got crushed.
Don't think I broke anything, I have full movement of my fingers, but I can't really make a fist, the back of my hand is super swollen, but I can touch it and poke it without any real pain so I think I'll be fine.

But if you're going to put your hand near moving machine parts, turn it off.
