The latest Android update pushed a "search a snapshot of your screen" feature that is WAY too easy to activate. Sorry Google but I don't appreciate you scraping my screen because I was too slow in swiping up from the bottom of the screen.
To disable this:
Go to Settings
Search "Circle to Search"
Tap "Circle to Search" and turn it off
