I have been using Alby Hub as my main Lightning wallet for a few months now, and have my wife and kids set up with their own wallets hosted on my Alby Hub as well. However, I can definitely understand why this is not an option for everyone.
The most user-friendly and full-featured custodial option still standing is coinoswallet (nprofile…sdxk) in my opinion. You get a Lightning Address, Nostr Wallet Connect support for zapping, and even BOLT12 support for a reusable payment QR code. They don't have their own wallet app, to use on your mobile phone, but you can connect your CoinOS wallet to the Alby Go wallet using NWC.
Another option to consider is MinibitsCash (nprofile…x999) which is an ecash wallet with many of the same features as listed above. You get a lightning address and Nostr Wallet Connect support, and a very nice mobile app with the ability to integrate your Nostr follows into your contacts list. That said, my experience with using them for zapping hasn't been great. Each zap takes several seconds to go through, if it works at all.
Of the two above, I would probably steer you toward CoinOS.
