As a primal mainly prey I sometimes dislike my more hunting side and I despise the name predator. In a sexually and relationship term there is no way for me to frame a "predator" as something positive. Personally I prefer hunter. It doesn't sounds that evil.
A hunter is more like a creature of intelligence, where a predator is like a vicious evil creature focused on the next meal not carrying for much else, like respect for it's prey.
If I'm in hunting mood calling me a predator would ruin every consent for me...
