Is #hvac fediverse a thing? I have a question for it.
My heat pump manual has a section about not opening the windows to let cool air in at night to be more efficient. The explanation being that you let in humidity that the heat pump then has to work harder to remove later.
But that must have some bounds of temperature and humidity in that equation. It doesn't make logical sensi to have the heat pump enabled at night while it's 65 out at night in #seattle in June.
