In 2004 after Grandma had died, we sold the property for a mere €60,000 as it was inconveniently situated for any of us cousins and impossible to maintain without living there, with uninsulated log walls and 7 heating ovens. I had taken care of it for 13 years after Grandpa had died, and the amount of firewood it needed was crazy.
