While I do not believe that there is such a thing as intellectual property; given the legal framework that we are forced to live under, the person(s) on Trump's team responsible for such things should've done their research before playing the tune.
If the campaign has truly infringed on the copyright they are liable for that violation.
Again I believe that copyright is not legitimate, but it doesn't matter what I think.
It only matters with those with guns and badges think.
