I don’t like how macOS (via Xcode SDK) is now using invisible mounts as a standard way of shipping software.
I'm old school enough to believe that Disk Utility should show me the disks I see on my desktop and not an extra 1/2 dozen invisible disk images that Xcode is juggling.
Some linux distros/package manager have gone further and every software package is now a mount (looking at you snap).
I don't like this trend at all…
