The PinePhone and Librem 5 cameras are working and the PinePhone Pro camera seems to be getting better but I still haven't had much success in actually taking a good picture with it. Maybe look into a phone that supports Droidian? It uses the vendor kernel and Android blobs, but apparently has working camera on better hardware than what mainline currently supports.
