Today I had BBQ by Big Swerve, and along with my leftovers (tomorrow's lunch), I have a piece of sweet potato pie... tonight's bedtime snack.

I'm a Kansan, and New Jersey knows about as much about BBQ as it does salsa ("Get a rope.") I'm very glad for Swerve... he knows how to make good 'que. Even brisket, which is what I grade pitmasters on. And he's just five minutes from the house.
