I have a disease of the mind and it is this:
Being lazy is shameful and immoral; and I am lazy (regardless of being a highly productive person).
I have enormous levels of negative self talk around this. My expectations for myself are insanely unrealistic. And I am still, always, in the back of my mind “lazy”.
