1. The normiest of normies think that the rich aren't being taxed enough amongst other beliefs that would ultimately further the growth of the state.
2. They should focus on the differences because that's the only way that they can bridge the gap between being a 'nearly libertarian' and being a libertarian.
3. I think a lot of minarchists already realize this, but they stumble when it comes to certain state functions.
