A very kind individual saw me practicing muscle ups this morning, came to explain to me how to improve my false grip(it's not false enough!).
While I haven't really succeeded at doing a proper muscle up yet, that tiny little trick from a stranger got me closer than I ever got to fully pulling myself over the bar!!
