We have an Irish Setter and she and the bunnies have a standing game. She sets and then runs after them. If she is too far behind they slow down to let her get close, if she gets close to catching them, she slows down. In six years she has never caught a rabbit. I really think they are just playing a game and neither side wants it to end. 🙂
